I am a PhD candidate in the Political Science department at Stanford University. I am interested in American politics, public opinion, racial identity, political communication, survey methodology, and experimental methods. My current research explores how racial identity among whites shapes how voters respond to Democratic messaging about race and discrimination. Prior to starting graduate school, I worked as a research analyst at Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI).
